What's the deal with the shuttle service?

There will be shuttle service from 7 pm unitl 3 am, running between the little Italy Trolley Stop (Downtown San Diego) to the party at the Sheraton Harbor Island.   And there is FREE trolley service from all stops in the city, all evening until 4am. 

I Purchased a ticket. How do I print it out?

If you have already purchased your tickets you can print, reissue or transfer your tickets by clicking here. If you have additional problems or questions regarding your tickets you can call: 877-77-CLICK. You must have your printed, barcoded ticket to enter the event.

Is there an age minimim to go to this event?

Yes. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter. No one under 21 will be admitted so please do not buy tickets as there are no refunds.

What is the official dress code?

Upscale attire required. Gentlemen: range from slacks with sport-coat to black tie. Ladies: range from stylish cocktail attire to formal gowns. (Absolutely: no sneakers, tennis shoes, athletic apparel, T-shirts, caps/hats/beanies/headgear, baggy clothing, cargo pants, tank tops, sleeveless shirts, or no men's open toed shoes or sandals).

Do I need to bring anything with me?

The event is for adults only (over 21), and includes all you would expect of a top-notch event. So all attendees are required to bring is an up-to-date photo ID, your barcoded ticket and a smile.

Is there a coat check?

The Sheraton is providing a coat check, however it is very limited. Please do not bring heavy coats/coat check items that aren't coats if possible.

What is the layout of the site?

The Sheraton Inner Harbor is HUGE - but easy to get around. The main event venue is contiguous and takes place in the Conferernce Center Ballroom Complex and adjoining pavilion. While the VIP Zone is contiguous to the Main event, with excellent views of the marina.

What are the seating arrangements?

This is a reception-style event encompassing the entire Sheraton Inner Ballroom Harbor Complex. Therefore, seating in the main event areas is limited to maximize event space and comfortable crowd flow. However, there are more open seating areas available in the VIP area for the vast majority of the VIP's. No reserved seats are available. If seating is of concern, VIP is the way to go.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Just so you are aware: no backpacks or large carrying bags allowed into the party.
